Pre -Orders
We strive to always have every product we carry in stock. However, in the event of an item that is available for pre-order, we will send the rest of the products you ordered separately, A red box or flag will pop up on the page informing you that this particular item in not currently available and can be pre-ordered If a certain item is out. You will have the option of keeping the product on Pr- Order or simply remove the item from your shopping cart and purchase it at a later date.

Exchanges and Returns
We hope that you are always completely satisfied with any items you purchase from SOUTHERN SNARES AND SUPPLY . If there is a problem with a purchase please contact us for a return authorization number. Please return the product with all original packing and packaging. Custom made items built or made to customers specs or requirements may not be returned. Most products may be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange within 30 days of the date of original delivery to you provided that the products are returned in their original condition. Most electronic items can NOT be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange. These items are under factory warranty. All returns/replacements of these items will be handled by the manufacturers. Some examples of these items are tracking systems, remote trainers, electronic callers and headlight packages. In the event that a product is returned to Southern Snares, Southern Snares may reserve the right the pro-rate the amount of the refund of the original cost of the item(s), shipping charges or store credit(s). A restocking fee may apply to some orders.
